President’s Award Presented to Paul Houston

Last night (11th April) at the Society’s President’s Dinner,  the President of Manchester and District Rugby Union Referees Society (John Jeskins) presented Paul Houston (the Society’s Hon. Sec.) with the President’s Award.  The award is given at the President’s discretion for service to the Society.
