Claiming Matchday Expenses - User Guide

This user guide is for referees and match observers (i.e. referee assessors and coaches). It explains how to make and submit claims for allowable matchday expenses in Who's the Ref (WTR).

Mileage claims are automatically calculated by the WTR system based on the quickest routes between claimants' homes and the clubs to which they were appointed.

It is suggested that claims are submitted monthly. Valid claims submitted by the 3rd of a month will be reimbursed by the Society directly to the claimant's bank account, on or before the 10th that month.
