Match Abandonment Form

This is the latest version of the RFU Match Abandonment Form (season 2025/26).

Please destroy all previous versions of this form and use this one.

Match officials are required to submit an Abandonment Form when they abandon a match.

If the match was abandoned for disciplinary reasons, copies of the completed form must be sent to the Society Hon. Secretary and the CB Disciplinary Secretary (see page 14 of the handbook for contact details).

If abandoned for other reasons (e.g. weather, state of the pitch), a copy is required only for the Society Hon. Secretary.
