We are delighted to have Tim Miller RFU Council member attending.
Tim represents refereeing on the RFU Council and is Chairman of the RFU Laws Committee
 
The first topic of the meeting will be a short presentation from Tim
(He will also be around for questions and discussion at the end of the meeting.)
Main topic  :Review of Law implementation and Clarification so far this season. (lead by David Guerin)
